Do I need to be home for my visit?
If access to the areas can be arranged for the gardener, there is no need to be home whilst your visit is taking place. If you have any specific instructions for your visit, please email us at least the day prior so we can pass your instructions to the relevant gardener.
What Address do I enter?
Please type the “Address” relating to the property being serviced. If you believe you have made an error, please email us.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is always emailed to you if payment was successful. Please email us if you have not received a receipt.
Are your services inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices quoted are inclusive of 10% GST.
